Economic Rationale / Business Model:
Additional Project Requirements
The execution project proposes the realization of a wind turbine with a horizontal axis, with a deflector-confuser subassembly, made of light materials, which each supports a propeller counter-rotating with the other and which each drives an electric generator at a maximum power of 0,8÷30 kW, with a speed of approximately 100÷500 rpm, for use for industrial and domestic purposes.
The original equipment proposed for construction is part of the range of the latest generation of equipment for the exploitation of wind potential, which is in the research and design phase worldwide.
These types of equipment meet the specific requirements of the efficient exploitation of the wind potential of low energy air currents, with low speeds, with large variations of the energy level, and with low predictability of the parameters.
