Economic Rationale / Business Model:
Within the PPE space, in the face of a worldwide pandemic, we recognize that the United States have been far too reliant on import from other countries for it’s most essential supply chain needs, especially Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as sanitizer and disinfectant products to prevent the spread of highly contagious diseases.
With many imported brands failing basic quality standards as well as potentially dangerous products due to the lack of oversight in key import countries, it has become desirous, especially within the healthcare communities, to prefer USA manufacturing of high quality products that are price competitive and safe for use.
Although there are some major USA players in the USA, Such as 3M, GoJo (Purell Branded Products) Johnson & Johnson, and the Clorox Corporation to name a few, there is still a huge void of high quality, cost competitive manufactures of these much needed products.
By deploying womb to tomb, all-in-one, closed loop manufacturing practices, we believe the growth opportunities are huge as well as offering highly competitive PPE products that’s MADE in AMERICA and offering much needed jobs in economically challenged areas in the United States.
Project Potential Risks:
Bottlenecks could be in material supplies from suppliers, as many supplies are on allocation.
Risk is that increased costs due to limited supply of raw materials.
